Order is processed as below:

Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member e-mail.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

  • When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirm e-mail and it will be proceeded within 1~3 business days.

  • Worldwide delivery takes 7~15 business days and maybe delayed depending in delivery location and delivery partner's circumstances.

  • Our courier, DHL, will contact you before delivery.
  • We can't control over charges and can't tell you what the cost might be.

For all of exchange or refund issues, please write your inquiry on the 'Order Support' board.
We don’t have any of responsibilities missing parcels without your notice.
Please submit the exchange/refund request on website when you receive the parcels in 7days.
If you got the wrong items, please let us know in 1 day then we will redeliver the new items without any of cost.
If you got the defective items, please let us know in 7 days then we will redeliver the new items without any of cost.
If you got the defective items, you have right for the new item. And then all of costs are on seller. But even in this case, if you want to receive another item, then all of costs are on you.



How to exchange and return

1. We don’t allow any of exchange or refund in this case.
- Item has been damaged your faulty treat.
- 7 days over, when you receive the parcels.
- Loss or damaged with label and tag.
- Used or washed the item. (Include defective or wrong items delivery too)

2. Please check down below.
- Please check the each items when you got the parcel.
- Please fold carefully clothes and bags.
- Please write your inquiry on the 'Order Support' board.
(If you send the parcel without notice, it cause the losing the parcel or delay the exchange/refund processing.)

3. The cost of exchange/refund
- If the reason is mind changing, all of costs are on you.
- If you got the defective of wrong items, all of costs are on seller.

4. How to exchange/refund
