1. We don’t allow any refund in this case.
- Item has been damaged your faulty treat.
- 7 days over, when you receive the parcels.
- Loss or damaged with label and tag.
- Used or washed the item. (Include defective or wrong items delivery too)
2. Please check down below.
- Please check the each items when you got the parcel.
- Please fold carefully clothes and bags.
- Please write your inquiry on the 'Order Support' board.
(If you send the parcel without notice, it cause the losing the parcel or delay the exchange/refund processing.)
3. The cost of refund
- If the reason is mind changing, all of costs are on you.
- If you got the defective of wrong items, all of costs are on seller.
